How long will it take for my order to arrive?
US orders arrive between 2-10 business days. International orders arrive between 3-15 business days. Email us at sales@deadcitiesclothing.com for your tracking #.
Where do you ship from and what carrier do you use?
We ship everything from New York City. We use FEDEX Ground for US orders and USPS for international orders. If you need your order rushed or would like to use another carrier, please email sales@deadcitiesclothing.com immediately after placing your order.
What is your return policy for non-sale items?
We accept size exchanges only. All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. No returns or refunds. If a size exchange is made, US customers will be charged $10 shipping and international customers will be charged $20 shipping. Items must be returned unwashed and unaltered. Please email us with a tracking number when exchanging an item.
